ESC Mobile Tech complements your ESC software, allowing field service technicians to access essential work order information and customer data from their tablets or smartphones.

Work Order Features:

<li>Receive scheduling notifications for new dispatches.</li>
<li>View service dispatches and work order information.</li>
<li>Access and modify customer contact details.</li>
<li>Provide real-time status updates to the office through time tracking.</li>
<li>Utilize GPS tracking, mapping, routing, and turn-by-turn driving directions.</li>
<li>Access customer account details, service history, equipment information, saved documents, and service maintenance agreements.</li>
<li>Review the last 10 pending quotes for a customer with the option to view details for acceptance or prepayment.</li>
<li>Add and edit customer equipment in the account record or dispatch.</li>
<li>Review the last 10 dispatches assigned to a specific device with dispatch information and mobile invoice details.</li>

Quote and Invoicing Features:
<ul>
<li>Present a detailed quote to customers, allowing them to accept or reject items with corresponding price adjustments. Rejected items are saved for future reference.</li>
<li>Scan QR codes or barcodes to quickly add items to quotes and invoices.</li>
<li>Create, view, email, and print service quotes and invoices.</li>
<li>Process payments and prepayments with PCI compliant credit card processing.</li>
<li>Capture customer authorization and acceptance signatures.</li>

Customer Account Management Features:

<li>Access historical customer invoices, quotes, and dispatch history.</li>
